The Western Michigan Bronco hockey team has become a formidable force in the NCAA ranks again this season. Now ranked 9th in the USCHO and the USA Today polls, the Broncos are getting set for a non-conference weekend battle at home with Arizona State.

The Broncos, sitting at 14-7-3 on the season, will host the Sun Devils (10-18-2) this weekend, the first of three remaining home weekends at Lawson Ice Arena. Both Friday and Saturday games are at 7pm.

On Saturday, the Broncos will be working with Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes in a food drive. Loaves & Fishes will be accepting non-perishable food items, including proteins, fruits, vegetables, grains and 100% fruit juice. There will be several bins in Lawson to drop off items for the cause. In return, you will receive a raffle ticket for Western Michigan Bronco hockey memorabilia.
