Why Do Michiganders Love Breaking This Grammar Rule
That grammar mistake is...the unnecessary use of the letter "S." For example, "I'm going to the Meijers after work." "Do you need anything from the Walmarts."
My question is, are you going to multiple Meijer stores?
I've checked with my former high school English teacher, Andy Grammer and Kelsey Grammer on that. They all laughed. An example of the correct use would be: "Look at Dana's face when you use bad grammar. According to grammarbook.com,
Use the apostrophe to show possession. To show possession with a singular noun, add an apostrophe plus the letter s.
