WKMI Way Back Wednesday Returns With A Question: Is This Sam Snead in Kalamazoo?

Going through the WKMI photo archives, we found a series of pictures from a golf event. The golfer appears to be Sam Snead. Does anyone have any recollection of this event?Judging by the hat, and facial features, the golfer appears to be golf legend Sam Snead. The pictures seem to be from the mid 1960's.
