Man Shot At Battle Creek House Party

A Battle Creek man was shot, early Sunday morning, at 158 Cliff Street.

The Battle Creek Police arrived to find a large party that was going on. There were approximately 100 people inside and outside the residence when officers first arrived.

The person responsible for the party was contacted and the home was cleared to make sure no other shooting victims were inside.

Three loaded semi-automatic handguns were located in a bedroom, allegedly discarded by unknown persons that came to the party which was posted on FACEBOOK by the person having the party.

The victim was not able to provide a name or description of the person that shot him. He was transported to the hospital and was treated and released.
