No, This Is Not “Get Off My Lawn!”

I've taken the Secretary of State's Online Extortion Class. I know we're all way to aggressive. Okay. Fine.

But, do we need more traffic signals? Honestly? Heck, no!

The West Main and Drake corridor is becoming worse than South Westnedge in Portage.

I don't get to that side of town all that much any more, but I was trying to get from Gull and Sprinkle to Mattawan yesterday, with a stop on West Main in between. There's a light at Picadilly. There's a light at Drake. There's a light in front of Kohl's. There's a light in front of the car dealership. And there's a light (and you know it's not temporary) at the entrance ramp to 131. Enough. Like it or not, we live in a fast paced world. And that many red lights is not making anyone all that happy.

At some point, if people can't get onto West Main, maybe we should figure out they're actually qualified to have a driver's license.Oooh, can't wait for that debate.
