Bank In Oshtemo Robbed

A bank in Oshtemo was held up yesterday, but the robbers didn't get away with anything as a dye pack exploded and ruined the cash.

It happened at around 1:45 in the afternoon at the Old National Bank branch on Stadium Drive.

Investigators say a man armed with a silver colored handgun came in covered in winter clothing and demanded money; he was running to a getaway car driven by another man when the red dye pack exploded.

The robber is described as having a thin build and standing around 5’9” tall to 5’11” tall.
