A boy from Colorado recently paid a visit to some of our area law enforcement officers. Dermot is a young man from Colorado and he and his mother have been travelling across the country visiting different police departments and law enforcement agencies while learning about each areas different historical sites.

The two recently made a stop at the Marshall Regional Law Enforcement Center; home to the Marshall Police Department, Michigan State Police Marshall post and some of the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department offices.

During his visit, Dermot received some agency patches, chevrons, challenge coins, stickers, and other cool gear.

As you can see, Dermot appears to have enjoyed the visit. It also seems that the officers, deputies and troopers enjoyed their time with the young traveler.
