Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known to the world as Dr. Seuss was born March 2nd, 1904. His artistic career spanned many mediums, from film to animation, poems to political cartoons, but his most well-known contribution has been the many beloved children's books enjoyed by generation after generation. The Portage District Library invites you to celebrate the life, art, and magic of Dr. Seuss with a fun-filled program presented by Portage Central High School. Stop by the library on March 7th between 10:00 am and Noon for games, crafts, treats, stories, and even a visit from The Cat in the Hat. The activities are designed for preschool through elementary students and their families to enjoy together!
