Bibliophiles and scholars! Fantasy enthusiasts and biography lovers! Self-help aficionados and Do-It-Yourselfers! There's something for everyone at The Friends Book Sale at Portage District Library, Saturday, April 6th, from 9am to 3pm. The Friends of the Portage District Library is a non-profit organization that serves to assist the library with special projects, like the book sale. Profits from the sales goes to help fund library programs, like the Summer Reading Program for both children and adults, as well as other non-budgetary projects within the library. Members of The Friends are eligible for an early bird sale the afternoon before, from 4pm to 5:30pm.
