An interesting event is coming to West Michigan as MDOT in Plainwell will host the 28th Midwest Michigan Snowplow Roadeo on October 11th.

According to Michigan Department of Transportation,  the event (put on by American Public Works Association)  will take place at the MDOT maintenance garage in Plainwell on October 11th.

This event will feature professional snowplow drivers from across the state.  It will allow them to show off their skills as there will be a timed obstacle course.  The winners will move on to the national finals which will be in Colorado.

The event will also feature various equipment, services and vendors that various agencies across the state can check out that can help snow removal for the upcoming season.
