Michigan Company Rewards Employees With New Cadillacs
A Pontiac, Michigan company surprised employees with new cars at their holiday party.
To say that United Shore Financial Services has been killing it would be an understatement. After being the #1 mortgage company in the U.S. for the last 4 years and having their best year ever, United Shore decided to have a stupid amazing company holiday party according to the Detroit Free Press,
The mortgage firm — ranked No. 1 nationwide since 2015 in the wholesale lending sector — rented a large space in downtown's TCF Center, formerly known as Cobo Hall, hired the hit electronic/pop act The Chainsmokers for entertainment and gave away 13 new Cadillacs and 30 cruises to the Bahamas.
It's not new for this company to give out lavish prizes and awards during their holiday parties. One year they gave out Shinola watches, which had to cost them a pretty penny. But they've never gone all out like they did this year. To give you an idea of how big these parties are, check out this video from last year featuring rapper/actor Ludacris:
I know what your next question is, "Are they hiring?" I can tell you they were hiring a couple months ago according to a recent Click on Detroit story.
