Ralphie's brother from A Christmas Story isn't the only one getting stuck in a coat in the Midwest this winter.

Michigan native and CMU grad Aaron Radatz will attempt to break Harry Houdini's upside-down straight jacket escape record as he hangs by his ankles 50 feet above a stage.

Radatz will attempt to break Houdini's time of two minutes and ten seconds at the Village Theater at Cherry Hill in Canton, Mich., on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets range from $16 - $22.

Radatz was born and raised in Detroit. He began practicing magic when he was six years old. In Michigan, he has performed for General Motors, Chrysler, Soaring Eagle Casino, the Detroit Tigers and many others. He has performed in all 50 states and in 49 countries. He just finished his first headlining run in Las Vegas.
