Say you have always wanted a place in South Haven, but don't want to break the back, check out this new-to-the-market 320 square foot tiny house.

The home has recently been completely renovated and has an asking price of $64,000. The house is at 829 Kalamazoo Street, at the corner of Fruit Street. It's close to South Haven High School and an estimated 10 minute walk to the beach and pier, and 10 blocks south of downtown.

Tiny Houses, while a national trend, are not common yet in Southwest Michigan. An even smaller home than this one in South Haven made news in spring 2017, when this 232 square foot home was constructed in Kalamazoo by Habitat for Humanity. That home is believed to be the smallest ever constructed in the city.

South Haven has always been a hot real estate market with its lakefront homes and occasional unique find like this downtown lighthouse that went on the market in April 2018.
