What are we to think of spoiled entitled millionaires who have been coddled their entire life deciding to essentially kneel on the American Flag and all the people who fought and died for this country.  They are kneeling on the bodies of these people who fought for their freedom that allows them to do so.

These spoiled entitled millionaires made all of their money playing a game many of us played and would love to get paid what they get paid to play a game.

They say it is to fight oppression, oppression of whom, them?

Who is actually being oppressed today?

What are they doing for the actual oppressed?

I feel the amount of money that is being charged to watch these spoiled, coddled, entitled millionaires is oppression of us, the actual working men and women who actually pay to watch these Un-American, brats play.

I call them un-American due to their act of kneeling during the national anthem.  They could choose another way to protest whatever they are protesting.  What do they think they are accomplishing kneeling during the national anthem?

But let us go back to the essential question, who is being oppressed, how are they being oppressed and who is doing the oppression.

Do they not understand that many parents want to take their children to a professional game and are probably being bugged by their children to do so?  The average cost for a ticket to see a NFL game in 2017 is $93.00.  What would it cost the average family of 4 to see a NFL game:

  • 4 tickets would cost $372.00
  • Approximately $20 to park
  • Approximately $80 for food
  • Approximately $40 for souvenirs

That means it would cost a working man or women approximately $512 to take their family to see these players kneel during the national anthem and then play a game.

The Hill news site reported on a former Democratic Congresswoman Donna Edwards (D-Md.) when she tweeted that she hopes all NFL players kneel during the national anthem on Sunday, not one currently elected Democrat politician has condemned what their former colleague tweeted.  This is today’s democrat party; crude, un-american, sore loser teenagers, is this a party you want to belong to let alone be associated with?

Then we have, as reported by the Daily Caller, the NFL players on the Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens playing a game in good old jolly England.

A game in which these spoiled entitled millionaires knelt while the American national anthem was played yesterday morning, but these brilliant and I mean that facetiously, spoiled entitled millionaires had no problem ignoring the barbarity of the British Empire and they stood and sang “God Save the Queen” despite kneeling during our anthem.

Again these dopes did not even have any idea what the British had done in the past such as:

  • British troops infamously carried out the Amritsar massacre, where the troops were ordered to not stop firing on nonviolent protesters until they ran out of ammunition. More than 350 people were ruthlessly gunned down.
  • British troops were also accused of raping and torturing thousands of people in Kenya during the Mau Mau uprising. Millions of people in India also died of starvation under British colonial rule.

The crimes of the British Empire were horrific, well-documented and absolutely true. So I wondered why these NFL players are okay standing for the song of a nation which has committed these atrocities, but won’t stand for America.

Over the weekend I saw an example letter someone wrote and it went as follows:

Dear NFL: We will not support millionaire ingrates who hate America and disrespect our Armed Forces and Veterans. Who wins a football game has ZERO impact on our lives. Who fights for and defends our nation has EVERY impact on our lives. We stand with the Heroes, not a bunch of rich, entitled, arrogant, ungrateful, anti-American degenerates. Signed, We the People

We live in the greatest country the world has ever known.  Are there problems, sure but these problems pale to what most other countries have committed.  Also the United States has done much to pay back what atrocities they have committed in the far past and move people from the lower economic classes to the middle and even upper classes, does that count for nothing?

That brings us back to what are they actually protesting and what do they think they are accomplishing by kneeling and not participating in the national anthem, an anthem symbolizing an America that many have fought and died for.

By the way, for those of you who care, I do not believe President Trump should have waded into this controversy.
