WMU To Select New Leader on Wednesday

Western Michigan University's Board of Trustees will meet in Special Session at 11:00 AM on Wednesday (April 12th) to select the next leader of the school.The Board of Trustees will be selecting the 9th President of WMU at this meeting at Heritage Hall, to replace retiring President John Dunn.

Most of the selection process has gone on "under the radar", and three finalists were chosen. Another round of interviews led to a final candidate, who apparently is awaiting a final stamp of approval. That candidate will be at the meeting and available afterwards for meet and greets and media interviews.

The meeting will be streamed on Western's Media Services website.
