Drizzle and 63. Yes, It’s Pure Michigan. But Isn’t It Beautiful?

Lots of us are making Pure Michigan jokes today. It's cold, there's been rain, and yes, I'll say it, there's a hint of snow in the air. But...we were in the UP last week. Very similar weather conditions. You don't need Sunny and 80 degrees. If you've never been to the UP, you just might discover how really pretty this state is. the first picture is Tahquamenon Falls in the UP. Just a most beautiful place.

This is another park of the same state park.

And yet, here's something I didn't expect to find at Tahquamenon Falls. There's a small brewery on site. And...while they brew six different beers, their Peach White Ale is one amazing beer. Kicking myself for not getting a growler to bring home.

It's only a 90 minute drive from The Bridge. Watch your speed. But that's a story for another day.
