Can You Really Buy A Train Car In Michigan?

Exploring Southwest Michigan to find strange and unusual things is a hobby I have. Check out what I found here in Kalamazoo. 

On an expedition near Henderson Castle and Kalamazoo College, I found this train car in a back yard.

I knocked on the door to the house in front but there was no answer. I checked to see if and where you could buy a train car. It is possible and they range in price from $500 to $500,000 plus moving costs. If anyone knows who owns this train car or anyone else that has one, I would love to get inside and see it for myself.
