The Edgar Bergen Building, once home of Decatur High School, is now for sale for under $70,000.

This isn't the "original Decatur High School" as the listing mentions.  The first brick school building for Decatur was built in 1863.  However, this building has lots of history since its erection in 1920 according to Mlive.com.

With all that said...you could own this incredibly large piece of history for $69,900 according to this Gale Realty listing.  WOW!

This huge three story building (not counting the basement) can be found on the corner of School St and George St. in Decatur, MI.  This listing has virtually no information.  I have no idea what the square footage is, but it I know it has incredibly large class rooms on each floor and a gymnasium in the basement.

Somebody needs to renovate into an apartment complex while keeping it's original character.  Can you imagine?

Here's some amazing drone footage of the Edgar Bergen Building.

What do you think the building should be turned into?  Let us know in the comments.
