Derrick Rose was visibly frustrated as the Pistons dropped their third game in a row, and threw a pen. The NBA did not approve and fined him $25,000.

The worst part is that D Rose had a great game despite the loss. He hit the shot that put the game into over time, and ended the night with 23 points. Rose has been on a terror lately scoring at least 20 points in six straight games.

Despite the resurgent career of Derrick Rose, the Pistons seem destined to tear the team apart this season and officially begin a rebuilding period.

It seems weird to say rebuilding since they've been barely mediocre over the last few years. Things looked promising this year though with Drummond playing the best ball of his career, and Griffin coming off a career season. A few younger players have stepped their game up as well, but none of those things turned into wins this year.

Now it looks like Griffin is out for the season, and probably won't be a Piston next year. Drummond will most likely be traded for draft picks in the next couple of weeks, and who knows if Rose has another year left in him.

The most likely result of this season will be missing the playoffs, and more misery for Detroit sports fans.
