A few Calhoun County voters went to the polls on Tuesday to decide millage issues.

Voters in the Marshall District Library overwhelmingly said yes to a renewal, by more than an 8 to 1 margin.  About 13% of registered voters turned out.   The total was 1364 Yes, and 162 No.

In  Clarence Township, 9% of voters turned out to pass a operating millage by just 11 votes.

Marengo Township said yes to a Fire Truck millage.  Just under 10% of voters passed it 113 to 53.

Sheridan Township had the highest turnout, as more than 14% of registered voters gave the nod to a road millage by a 2 to 1 margin.  The tally was 129-65.
