Lunch With Santa is This Saturday

It's Lunch with Santa this Saturday at Second Missionary Baptist Church.

The Battle Creek Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. invites you to the annual "Lunch With Santa" event to be held Saturday, December 7, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Second Missionary Baptist Church is located at 485 N. Washington Avenue in Battle Creek.

Tickets can be obtained from any sorority member or at the door for $3 donation per person. Families are encouraged to attend for fun coloring and games, food, entertainment, a gift bag for each youth attending and that all important picture with Santa Claus.

Chapter President Lynn Ward Gray says "Lunch with Santa" has been taking place for many years and provides an opportunity for parents to take a picture of their kids with  an African American Santa.
