John Kander and Fred Ebb. Their names might not mean much outside of  the world of theatre, but trust me, you've heard the unforgettable songs this songwriting team composed. The Civic Reader's Theatre is paying tribute to this legendary duo with The World Goes 'Round, running on the Main Stage through October 27th. From Cabaret to Chicago, and everything in between, the Civic Reader's Theatre will bring you classic Kander and Ebb songs like "Mr. Cellophane," "Maybe This Time," "Cabaret," and "New York, New York." Enjoy an evening honoring the humor, romance, and drama only Kander and Ebb could bring while you hum along, tap your feet, and dab the corners of your eyes. This production is best for audiences aged 13 and up.
