Heavy rain has continued to develop and move over areas that Wednesday afternoon had as much as 1.5 inches of rain in less than an hour.

We expect the rain, heavy at times to continue into the mid morning hours of Thursday. Some areas may receive as much as 3 inches by then. No thunderstorms are forecast but the rain will be heavy at times nonetheless. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - National Weather Service.

As always, if you come across flooding on a roadway, seek an alternate route instead of trying to drive through it.
