The cabin, which is currently listed for sale at $159,000 by Great Lakes and Land Real Estate is located on Fourteen Mile Point (named for being about 14 miles north of Ontonagon) on Sleeping Bay in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

The Fourteen Mile Point Lighthouse

Down the shore from this property is a former lighthouse described as the most grand and remote lighthouse on the Great Lakes. However today it stands abandoned, described by the state of Michgian's tourism bureau:

Fourteen Mile Point Light Station is located on private property some 14 miles east of Ontonagon. The old trail the keepers used has long since overgrown and has become impenetrable. While views of the station can be had from a boat, we ask that anyone attempting to photograph the station honor the privacy rights of the owners, and do so from offshore.
